Lunch at The Pineapple Hotel

Outing Description

The heritage-listed Pineapple Hotel in Kangaroo Point is one of the oldest and most well-known hotels in Queensland. It is also one of the few remaining family-run hotels in Queensland, it has been in the Singleton family for over 25 years and has been extensively renovated and restored during that time. Apart from its historical significance The Pineapple Hotel is a great place to have a meal and in particular a steak lunch. Apart from high quality steak, the Pineapple Hotel will also offer a wide range of classic pub meals such as chicken schnitzel, pasta, bangers and mash, burgers, pizzas, salads and much more.

We will start the day by having morning tea at BackStreet Espresso in Carina whose expertise lie in decadent chocolate brownie making.

After morning tea, we will go for a short walk along the Manipi Parklands walking track, which is concrete, flat and easy going.

When we have finished our walk, we will have lunch at the Pineapple Hotel after which we will drop you home for the conclusion of the outing.

Daytime Outing Duration – 7 hours

Nighttime Outing Duration – 5 hours

If you choose to do this outing at night, only pick up and drop off/dinner will be included in the activity. Lastly the duration of this outing is an estimate, we will try our best to conduct the activity within the allotted hours but if we are unable to for unforeseen reasons - the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.

For all forms of support travel costs =  $1/km divided by the number of participants attending the outing. Payments can be made by using NDIS funds and are added on to the total cost of services after the outing.
