Old Fernvale Bakery and Walk at Wivenhoe Dam
Outing Description
We will start the day by having morning tea at the Pawpaw Café who are renowned for their breakfast burger that contains choice of: bacon or haloumi with spinach, cheese, hash brown, fried egg & tomato relish on a housemade brioche bun.
After morning tea, we will make our way to the Old Fernvale Bakery one of the oldest bakeries in Queensland, this is where we will have lunch.
After lunch we will go for a short drive to the Wivenhoe Dam to stretch our legs and go for a bit of a stroll.
After our walk we will drop you home for the conclusion of the outing. This outing will give you a chance to soak up some old fashion country charm, it will be a wholesome experience well worth your time.
Prices
Daytime Outing Duration – 8 hours
This outing will not be offered as a night activity due to the operation times of the businesses we will be visiting. Lastly the duration of this outing is an estimate, we will try our best to conduct the activity within the allotted hours but if we are unable to for unforeseen reasons - the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
For all forms of support travel costs = $1/km divided by the number of participants attending the outing. Payments can be made by using NDIS funds and are added on to the total cost of services after the outing.
