Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre and Hills Bakery Cafe
Outing Description
We are off to Walkabout Creek where we will first have morning tea at the Walkabout Creek’s Discovery Centre café. After morning tea, we will explore the Discovery Centre as well as go for a walk along the Walkabout Creek bush trail.
After our walk we will have lunch at the Hills Bakery Café. The Hills Bakery Café has all your favourite bakery meals and sweets plus something a little extra like the Rubin Sandwich or the volcano burger which has a beef patty on a brioche bun with all the usual toppings, plus pickles, a fried egg, chilli sauce and jalapenos. Not for the faint-hearted!
After lunch we will drop you home for the conclusion of the outing.

Daytime Outing Duration – 8 hours
This outing will not be offered as a night activity due to the operation times of the businesses we will be visiting. Lastly the duration of this outing is an estimate, we will try our best to conduct the activity within the allotted hours but if we are unable to for unforeseen reasons - the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
For all forms of support travel costs = $1/km divided by the number of participants attending the outing. Payments can be made by using NDIS funds and are added on to the total cost of services after the outing.
