Maleny Cheese and Ricks Garage
Outing Description
We start this outing by making our way to Maleny Cheese where we will have our morning tea and have the chance to participate in a cheese tasting session. The cheese tasting session is optional and will come at an extra cost. Throughout the cheese tasting a member of Maleny Cheese will inform you of how the cheese was made and how it came to be so delicious.
In adition whilst at Maleny Cheese you will get the chance to purchase a wide array of products including - you guessed it - cheese, flavoured milks and yogurts that have all been made fresh by the local farmers of Maleny.
After our visit to Maleny Cheese it is time for lunch at the home of the 1.1-kilogram burger the one the only ‘Ricks Garage! Note - Smaller burgers are available and equally as delicious.
After lunch we will drop you home for the conclusion of the outing.
Prices
Daytime Outing Duration – 8 hours
This outing will not be offered as a night activity due to the operation times of the businesses we will be visiting. Lastly the duration of this outing is an estimate, we will try our best to conduct the activity within the allotted hours but if we are unable to for unforeseen reasons - the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
For all forms of support travel costs = $1/km divided by the number of participants attending the outing. Payments can be made by using NDIS funds and are added on to the total cost of services after the outing.
