Sea Life Under Water World
Outing Description
In this outing, we will unravel the mysteries of the deep blue sea at an aquarium that holds a 2.5 million-litre oceanarium, which is home to some of the most feared and sublime sea creatures known to man. If you have not guessed it yet, this outing’s destination is Sea Life Under Water World.
We will start the day by getting our caffeine fix at Shiva Dreams Espresso, which is a quint café in Minyam away from the tourist hot spots.
After morning tea, we will make our way to Sea Life where we will get the opportunity to get up close and personal at 11 unique and fascinating zones including Touch and Tell, Weird and Wonderful, Seal Island, Otter Empire, Fresh and Freaky, Billabongs and Backyards, Shark Shipwreck, Coral Cove, Bay of Rays, Turtle Temple and Crawly Creatures!
Note: Support staff will describe all visual elements within the aquarium and there will be a number of tactile exhibits for those who would like to get more hands on.
For lunch, we will go for a short walk to the Kenilworth Bakery Mooloolaba. For those who have experienced the original Kenilworth Bakery in Kenilworth, you know what to expect, gourmet pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches and doughnuts as big as car tires (maybe not that big, but close).
We will eat our lunch by the water then go for a short walk afterwards to take in the fresh sea air and calming ambience.
After our walk, we will drop you home for the conclusion of the outing.

Daytime Outing Duration – 8 hours
This outing will not be offered as a night activity due to the operation times of the businesses we will be visiting. Lastly the duration of this outing is an estimate, we will try our best to conduct the activity within the allotted hours but if we are unable to for unforeseen reasons - the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
For all forms of support travel costs = $1/km divided by the number of participants attending the outing. Payments can be made by using NDIS funds and are added on to the total cost of services after the outing.
